We have officially wrapped up our first week of school, and it feels so good to have the building filled with students who are learning, growing, and enjoying school. The energy they bring each day is contagious, and we are off to a strong start!
Spirit Night at Blue Cow Ice Cream
Please join us for our first Spirit Night of the year this Tuesday, August 26, from 4:30–7:30 PM at Blue Cow Ice Cream, located at 607 William St., Fredericksburg, VA 22401. We can't wait to see everyone there for a sweet night of community and fun!

Last week, our 4th and 5th graders participated in grade-level assemblies where we reviewed the foundations of our school culture:

We talked about what these values look like in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, buses, bathrooms, and at recess. We encourage you to review these expectations at home and help reinforce these important life skills. Grades K–3 will attend their assemblies this coming week.

Car Rider Reminder
Families picking up car riders should have their assigned number clearly displayed to help keep our line moving safely and quickly. If you need a car rider number, please stop by the front office for assistance.
