Fredericksburg City Schools

Attend to complete your student's registration, so you may sign them up for the FREE KinderCamp summer program.

Please bring these items with you to complete your child's registration:

• Birth Certificate (original, not photocopy) or passport (if not US citizen)

• Photo ID for parent/guardian

• Proof of City Residency (mortgage/property settlement agreement, lease, and one current utility bill)

  • Please note that Driver's License cannot be accepted for proof of residency

• Immunization Record/School Entrance Physical Exam (dated within one year of entering school for the first time) — these documents must be signed by a physician and recorded on a State Health Form, which may be obtained from your physician, Fredericksburg Health Department, or FCPS Registrar's office

• Parent/guardian will also be required to submit registration paperwork — forms can be found online
