This month and part of December, FCPS is hosting elected officials in our schools.
Today November 12, Vice Mayor Charlie Frye visited James Monroe (JM) High School with School Board members Kathleen Pomeroy and Elizabeth Rehm. He was joined by Superintendent Marci Catlett, Deputy Superintendent Matt Eberhardt, and JM Principal Tim Duffy.
Frye toured the school, had a chance to speak with the school board members and others in attendance, as well as tour Career and Technical Education (CTE) classes. In particular, the group visited the Certified Nursing Assistant and Cosmetology classes. He ended the visit by speaking with AP Government students and answer questions about the local government process.
