Officer Brown-Kaleopaa was selected as the officer of the third quarter at FXBG police for embracing his role as the School Resource Officer and dedicating himself to positively influencing the students at James Monroe High school. He went above and beyond what is expected from an SRO, from spending his days off with students to purchasing items students need with his own money.
