Aaron Ramsey Award Ceremony
Aaron Ramsey, a third grader in Mrs. Cunningham's class at Hugh Mercer Elementary, was recognized this morning for being a caring citizen. On Friday, March 4, Fredericksburg Police Sergeant Aimee Lynch witnessed Aaron pick up trash from Cowan Boulevard then dispose of it in his apartment complex's dumpster before walking to school. Well done, Patriot Aaron Ramsey!
