The Fredericksburg Department of Technology will continue to offer services to repair broken devices for students. Please click on the link below to enter a claim to fix a device, once you complete the form it will tell you when and where to drop your device off to be repaired and give you a tracking number to keep. We will be also offering times that technicians will be available to do on the spot quick repairs, and troubleshooting. If a device is in need of more than a quick repair the technician will let you know and if a device is available we will swap out that device for another.
